Meet Ana Violante

Sociologist by training. Explorer at heart. Always evolving.

Ana is 45, lives in Lagos, and is a proud mother to a 12-year-old girl—her brightest chapter.

After working in banking since 2006, a serious health challenge paused everything. But Ana used that pause to rewrite her next act.

She’s the kind of person who quietly observes, listens deeply, and then surprises you with sharp insight or a perfectly planned travel itinerary.

Books, music, long walks, and a good playlist keep her grounded. The gym? Her form of therapy.

The Challenge

Ana’s journey is all about resilience, reinvention, and reclaiming direction after a long, traditional career.

15 years in banking.

Structure, targets, repetition.

Then life changed, deeply.

A long medical leave, and a lot of soul-searching, sparked a need for change.

She wasn’t just looking for a job shift.

She was rebuilding from the inside out.

My interest in NoCode was sparked by a need for independence and reinvention. After a challenging period in my life, I felt a strong desire to create something meaningful on my own terms.

Starting something new, in a space she didn’t know, was daunting. But what scared her most was not trying.

The Transformation

Ana joined Descodifica-te #3 ready to learn, and quickly saw how practical and hands-on the experience was.

With every module, her confidence grew.

She learned to build platforms from scratch, structure workflows, and deliver value—for real clients.

I loved being able to apply what I was learning immediately, and seeing my confidence grow as I built real solutions.

Her final project, CreamLab, was a turning point.

What started as an assignment became a living, breathing solution for a pharmacy team—and proof that she could do this.

This experience gave me direction, confidence and a sense of evolution—not just professionally, but personally.
